This model is specially designed for family pack (300/400 gms.). The machine is suitable for Round, Square, Rectangular biscuits. The biscuits are fed into hopper. The automatic pusher feeding arrangement takes the required biscuits as per stack length and push the biscuits smoothly into main feeding conveyor. After this process steel rod carries the biscuits through the adjustable folding box along with the biscuits paper for center seal by the pair hot sealing rollers. The end sealing and cutting is done by rotating hot jaw.

Wrapping Material :
Heat sealable material such as 40-micron polyster ploy/foil pearlised B.O.P.P., heat sealable B.O.P.P. & Aluminum foil, paper poly and other common composite films with inner heat sealable layer etc.

Application:
It consists of weighing pans fitted on load cell. The load cell is then connected to a microprocessor type controller where the weight settings etc. are made. When it receives the dump signal, then the material is dumped into the machine. A film roll of suitable width has to be mounted at the back of the machine. Then the film goes into the unwinding assembly and then enters into the forming collor and forms into a tube. The vertical sealer seals the front of the tube. Then the material is filled and the bottom seal is made. The cutter then automatically seperates the pouch. This Machine is suitable for packing Capsules, Namkeens, Dry Snack foods, Potato chips, Popcorn, Cashew Nuts, Pista, Almonds, Biscuits, Hardware like Bolt, Nuts, Screws, etc.
